Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth. You will work closely with our internal team to deliver outstanding marketing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Provide clients with project updates.

• Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and effectively.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand the agency's services with existing clients.

• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Exceptions can be made with proof of experience.

• 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably within a marketing agency.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Must pass background check.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a current college student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience at a fast-paced boutique marketing & creative agency with a collaborative team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced team members, supporting day-to-day internal operations and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. 

For candidates interested in a long-term career in marketing or strategy, there is potential to grow into a client-facing role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in team meetings and day-to-day operations.

• Assist with sales CRM tasks.

• Compile internal performance metrics.

• Organize spreadsheets and support basic reporting tasks (e.g., social media engagement numbers).

• Help prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.

• Other duties as needed such as capturing behind-the-scenes on set (if Hybrid).

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (exceptions can be made with an alternative education background or professional experience).

• A minimum GPA of 3.5, if currently enrolled or recently graduated.

• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

• Excellent in written communication.

• Familiarity with basic calculations using Google Sheets / Microsoft Spreadsheet.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must pass a background check.

Part-time hybrid, if Candidate based in Los Angeles. 90% remote, 10% on-site.
